Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using EcomRTX (the "Platform"), including the Chrome Extension, dashboard, and API, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be 18 years or older to use EcomRTX
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and access token
  • Do not share your token — it is tied to your device and plan limits
  • One token per account. Multi-device sharing violates these terms

2. Permitted Use

EcomRTX is built for legitimate Meesho sellers to:

  • Generate AI-powered product listings
  • Automate form filling on Meesho Supplier Panel
  • Test shipping rate optimization via image variants

3. Prohibited Use

  • Using EcomRTX to create false, misleading, or counterfeit listings
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy our backend or extension code
  • Automated scraping beyond what the tool is designed for
  • Using the platform in ways that violate Meesho's own Terms of Service
  • Sharing, selling, or reselling your account access

4. AI Generated Content

  • AI outputs (titles, descriptions, categories, HSN codes) are generated automatically and may not always be 100% accurate
  • You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing to Meesho
  • EcomRTX is not liable for listing rejections, policy violations, or business losses caused by AI-generated content

5. Credits & Payments

  • AI scans consume credits from your plan
  • Credits are non-refundable once consumed
  • Plan upgrades take effect immediately
  • Unused credits do not roll over unless specified in your plan
  • Abuse of the system (e.g., using bots to generate credits) will result in immediate account suspension without refund

6. Chrome Extension

  • The extension is provided as-is for use on supplier.meesho.com
  • We are not responsible if Meesho changes their UI in a way that temporarily breaks functionality
  • Extension updates are pushed periodically — keep it updated for best performance
  • Do not use the extension to manipulate Meesho's systems beyond its intended automation features

7. Service Availability

  • We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability
  • Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible
  • Third-party cloud or AI API outages are outside our control

8. Limitation of Liability

EcomRTX is not liable for:

  • Business losses, revenue loss, or opportunity cost
  • Listing errors or Meesho account penalties
  • Data loss due to browser storage clearing
  • Third-party service outages and payment gateway failures

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting support

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
