Common Issues
Extension not connecting to dashboard
Open your dashboard, go to Settings, and copy your token. Paste it into the extension popup under the Settings tab and click Connect.
AI Scan returning Backend error 502
This usually means the server is restarting after an update. Wait 2-3 minutes and try again. If it persists, email us.
AutoFill only filling 2-3 fields
Make sure you are on the Meesho catalog listing form page (not dashboard home). The extension needs to be on the active tab with the listing form open.
Credits not updating after plan upgrade
Close and reopen the extension popup to refresh your license cache. If credits still show incorrectly after 5 minutes, email us with your order ID.
