EcomRTX ("we", "our", "us") is an AI-powered listing automation platform for e-commerce sellers. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

  • Email address and name at signup
  • Authentication tokens for extension access
  • Device ID generated by the Chrome Extension (random string, no personal data)

Product & Listing Data

  • Product images you upload for AI analysis
  • Product titles, descriptions, prices you input
  • Meesho form field data captured via the AutoFill Capture tool

Usage Data

  • Number of AI scans performed (for credit tracking)
  • Extension activity logs (for debugging, stored temporarily)
  • Shipping rate test results (stored per-session)

2. What We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not collect your Meesho account credentials
  • We do not track your general browsing history
  • We do not store your Gemini API interactions permanently
  • We do not sell your data to third parties

3. Chrome Extension Data Usage

The EcomRTX Chrome Extension:

  • Activates only when you click a button — it does not run passively
  • Reads Meesho form fields only when you use our supported features
  • Sends necessary data to our highly secure cloud servers for processing
  • Stores your access token securely on your device
  • The AI processing keys are never stored in the extension — they live only on our secure servers

4. How We Use Your Data

  • Generate AI-powered product listings using enterprise-grade algorithms
  • Track credit usage per account
  • Improve autofill accuracy and logic mapping
  • Provide customer support
  • Detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized access

5. Third-Party Services

  • AI Partners — processes your product data for listing generation over encrypted connections. Images are not stored for training without consent.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Partners — hosts our secure backend services
  • Payment Processors — handles payments securely. We do not store your full card details.

6. Data Security

  • All communications use standard secure encryption
  • Token-based authentication systems — no passwords sent directly to the extension
  • Strict internal access controls to our cloud infrastructure

7. Data Retention

  • Product images: processed and discarded upon completion of the generation task
  • Generated listings: stored per account for your reference
  • Shipping test results: stored per session, cleared after 30 days
  • Account data: retained until you delete your account

8. Your Rights

You may request at any time:

  • Access to your stored data
  • Deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Export of your listing history
